Therapeutic actions:

Stimulates myocardium’s metabolism, will increase tolerance to digitalics, has anti-arrythmic effect.

Contraindications and cautions:

acute and chronic renal disorder. hyperpotassiemia and with disorder of the atrioventricular conduction (cataplexy). Panangin isn’t suggested with patients who have rhythm disorderes related to atrio-ventricular block.
