Maximum refund per order or customer is $2500. The only remedy for problems with orders over $2500 is re-ordering of the order to correct product defects.

This guarantee is limited to re-ordering of the original order quantity or refund of the purchase price of the order. We are not responsible for any damages
or claims incurred by you or your business caused by receiving products which are defective or incomplete or which you receive later than the estimated delivery date.
This guarantee does not cover fees for mailing service or postage or associated incidental or consequential damages or claims.
Alpha Health Mart® is not liable for U.S. Postal Service errors, including loss or delay.

If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase you have paid for, you may return it with a note describing why you are disappointed and we will issue a full refund or credit your charge card for what you paid for the course or courses.

CANCELLATION AND CORRECTION FEE POLICIES
You may cancel your order any time prior to approving your proof without incurring any charges. Full payment is due after your proof is approved. If you find problems with your order you can either send us a corrected order or submit up to two rounds of minor corrections for us to make at no charge. Extensive corrections and/or additional products may be subject to additional fees.
Of course, there is never a charge for any corrections needed as a result of any errors we introduced in preparing your order.
Is there compensation for loss, damage or delay?
If your parcel isn’t delivered by 8 a.m or 1 p.m the next working day, we’ll give you a full refund. To protect against loss or damage, Alpha Health Mart® pharmacy Special Delivery Guaranteed by 8 a.m has inclusive compensation cover of $50 while Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 p.m has inclusive compensation cover of $500. Both services give you the option to increase your cover up to the value of $2,500. You can also purchase tiered consequential loss cover up to the value of $10,000.
We agree to maintain the confidentiality, safekeeping, and protection of confidential information contained in your mailing list, whether rented from Alpha Health Mart® or supplied by you.
Your list(s), while in our possession, shall be used only per your instructions. The use of this list(s) shall be limited solely and exclusively to the agreed upon mailing.
Alpha Health Mart® in no way acquires ownership or rights to further use of these names.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Alpha Health Mart®, nor any third party vendor, be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our Mailing Services including Mailing List rentals.
Taxes, Duties, and Customs Fees
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or customs fees that may be assessed by your national, state, or local government, or by the shipping carrier.
Currency Conversion Fees
Your actual order cost will depend on your credit card bank rates and transaction and commission fees from your bank.
